2. Description of Service

Sharp Test provides:

  • AI-generated practice tests for UK 11+ preparation
  • Maths and English practice questions
  • Progress tracking for parents and children
  • Parent-led learning tools and resources

3. User Accounts

Parent Accounts: Parents create and manage accounts on behalf of their children. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Child Access: Children access the platform through their parent's account. Parents remain responsible for all activity under their account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

4. Free Service and Optional Subscription

Free Access: Sharp Test offers free access to practice tests for Maths and English.

Optional Subscription: An optional low-cost subscription may be available for additional practice materials. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Refunds: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Service's systems or data
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute practice materials without permission
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated tools

6. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Most questions on Sharp Test are AI-generated and designed to reflect realistic 11+ difficulty levels. While all AI-generated content is vetted by humans to ensure quality and appropriateness, there is still a possibility that some questions or answers may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Important Disclaimer:

  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all AI-generated questions and answers are 100% correct
  • Sharp Test shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in practice materials
  • We do not guarantee that practice materials exactly replicate any specific exam format
  • Practice does not guarantee exam success or school acceptance
  • Parents should verify answers where necessary and use Sharp Test as one part of a broader preparation strategy

If you identify any errors or inaccuracies in our practice materials, please report them through our contact page so we can review and correct them.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, and materials on Sharp Test are owned by or licensed to Sharp Test and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
